FAQs

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Montreal, Canada

Q: Do you have a physical location:
A:
We only operate online.

Q: What scale works best with your dioramas and accessories?

A: Our pieces work best when displayed with 1:12 (6'') and 1:10 (7'') action figures.

Q: Why use rigid styrofoam boards as a main building material for your diorama panels?
A: Rigid styrofoam boards have been used by diorama artists for decades as it an extremely versatile material. It is sturdy enough to be handled by adult collectors while still allowing us to give it lifelike textures. Additionally, our base paint coat contains a finish which adds an extra layer of protection.

Q: What are your accessories and freestanding props made of?
A: While styrofoam boards are the perfect material for diorama panels, we understand that accessories are not as static and will be handled and manipulated a lot more. For this reason, as of January 2024 all of our freestanding props and accessories will be 3D printed out of PLA, a thermoplastic derived from renewable, organic sources.
(This exludes the Pillars which were listed in 2023 and are currently still made from rigid styrofoam boards)

Q: What about maintenance?
A: Frequent dusting will ensure that the pieces do not lose their shine over the years. A compressed air can does wonders for hard-to-reach corners. DO NOT use water OR a damp cloth directly on the dioramas as this may damage the paint.
